General Show Information
Anchor 1

PRE-ENTRIES ARE ENCOURAGED

  1. Entries must be postmarked by May 20th. Post entries will be accepted only up to three (3) classes prior to the class to be entered.

  2. All entries must be made on the official entry blanks furnished by the Show Committee and must be signed by the owner or authorized agent. Parents must sign for Youth exhibitors under the age of 18. Exhibitors are responsible for any errors on the entry blank. Presentation of signed entry blanks shall be deemed acceptance of these rules and in event of failure to sign the entry blank the first entry into the show ring as an exhibitor shall be deemed to be an acceptance of said rules.

  3. No refunds shall be made on stall or entry fees without a signed veterinarian’s certificate. All claims for any entry or stall refund must be presented to the Show Secretary prior to the start of the show.

RETURNED CHECKS

Checks returned by the bank for any reason will be charged a $50 penalty and will be added to the amount due. Accounts will be given ten days to be paid in full with cash or cash equivalent or they will be turned over to the sanctioning organization and the person will be suspended from further shows here.

Stabling

Stalls will be available Friday June 2nd at 12:00 PM for move in.

The show committee reserves the right to place horses as needed in the stalls. You may ask to be stabled near someone and we will try to accommodate that request the best we can. No horse shall be stabled until they have checked in with the Show Secretary and assigned a stall number.

  1. HAUL INS:  No haul in fee for those horses not using a stall. 

  2. BAGGED SHAVINGS: Stalls will not be pre-bedded. Bagged shavings will be available at the show. Price to be determined based on market value at show. Coordinate for shavings with the show office.

  3. HORSE HOTEL: If you are arriving on the grounds before June 2nd or staying after June 4th please contact Shari Cupples to make arrangements. Horse Hotel is $35.00 per Horse or Tack Room per day that is opened prior to and after the show dates.

Camping and Lodging

Camping 

Overnight camping with or without power hook-up will be $30 per day. This includes RV’s, Campers, Horse Trailers with or without living quarters or tents. If you are arriving on the grounds before June 2nd staying after June 4th please contact Shari Cupples to make arrangements.

 

Camping fee is $30 per day prior to and after the show dates. NOTE: Horse trailers not used for overnight camping will not be allowed to park at the electrical hook-up.
